Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) to partner with the CEO in driving Levents Vietnam’s next phase of growth. This role is pivotal in translating strategy into execution, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and scaling both offline and online channels. The COO will lead cross-functional teams (design, product, marketing, sales, customer experience) to deliver aggressive expansion goals, including entering new cities (Hanoi, Da Nang, etc.) and strengthening our market leadership.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a strategic yet execution-focused leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and shares our ambition to build a global brand rooted in Vietnam.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement quarterly operating plans aligned with the company’s vision, ensuring measurable progress toward growth targets.
- Design data-driven strategies for offline expansion (new stores) and online channel optimization (e-commerce, social commerce).
- Oversee P&L management, budgeting, and resource allocation to maximize profitability and scalability.
Operational Leadership
- Lead day-to-day operations across departments: design, product development, branding, sales, distribution, marketing, and customer experience.
Streamline processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain premium brand standards.
- Monitor KPIs, report progress to the CEO, and adjust strategies in real time.
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Act as a bridge between the CEO and department heads, ensuring alignment on priorities and execution.
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders: partners, suppliers, and customers.
Growth & Expansion
- Spearhead the opening of new stores in Vietnam’s key cities (Hanoi, Da Nang, etc.) and explore international markets.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and experience initiatives to deepen Gen Z engagement.
- Identify opportunities for product diversification, partnerships, and tech integration (e.g., AI, social media trends).
Qualifications
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in operations, strategy, or general management, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands in Vietnam.
- Demonstrated success in scaling a high-growth brand, managing P&L, and leading cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of Vietnam’s retail landscape, including e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok) and offline retail dynamics.
- Strong track record in strategic planning, operational efficiency, and results-driven execution.
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English (written and verbal).
