INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT TEAM LEAD

1. WHAT YOU WILL DO:

- Build international retailers lead and approach them to find selling chances in both offline & online channels.

- Provide all sales & marketing assets, training; build and deploy sales & marketing plan to support customers in both Online & Offline channels.

- Coordinate with logistics partners and warehouse team to deliver products timely.

- Make and execute an annual or periodical action plan and budget (operation, personnel, purchasing).

- Develop & execute key account plans.

- Support Finance in chasing & collecting overdue payments.

- Collect and consider data for volume forecast/budgets and liaise with related departments for planning resources & operations.

- Organize & maintain sales info & data system (online sales records, contracts & files).

- And other tasks as necessary and required for company business.

2. WHO YOU ARE

- Bachelor’s degree of Commerce, Business Administration, Economics or of related field

- At least of 3-5 years of experience in same / similar position

- Good Command of English Languages is a must while you often communicate in English with customers

- Quick learner with a can-do attitude

- Excellent Microsoft Offices skills

- Excellent Communication skills
